Our Store is full, thanks to the amazing generosity of schools, churches and individuals who have donated food during this harvest time. To cope with the 3 tons of food we have received over recent weeks, we have had to hire a temporary additional store.
As a result, we do not require any further food donations at the present time. We expect our current supplies to last us well into 2012.

When you have no financial safety net, a sudden crisis such as redundancy, bereavement, illness or benefit delay can leave you unable to feed yourself or your family.
Truro Foodbank is part of a national network of foodbanks, giving out emergency food to people in Truro and the surrounding area who are in crisis and have no where else to turn.
The foodbank provides three days worth of nutritionally balanced food, in exchange for a foodbank voucher, from its drop-in centres. It also provides a free hot drink, a listening ear, and additional support where needed to help break the cycle of poverty. Click on the link above for more information.
